What a session covers.

Choose a task, try it together, check the output against its source, then repeat it yourself. We teach one person at a time, using the tools they already have. Agree the number and length of sessions around that person's work.

    Try
    Pick one task you repeat each week.

    Can you explain a good answer and recognise a wrong one?
    Practise
    Give the tool a clear task, then check its answer against the source.

    Already using AI

    Try
    Bring a draft that needed heavy correction.
    Check
    Was the task unclear, was context missing, or was the source wrong?
    Practise
    Change one part of the prompt and compare the result on the same task.

    Leading a team

    Choose one shared workflow and an approved tool.

    Who may use the data? Who reviews the output? What will you measure?

    Agree a repeatable format and compare quality and time before and after.

Before: “Summarise this report.”

The tool chooses what matters. You still have to work out which statements will help in the meeting.

After: a question with a check.

“List three stated priorities with their page references. Separate what the report says from what we should ask in the meeting.” Now you can check the source and use the gaps as questions.

Is this a group course?

No. We teach one person at a time, on that person's tasks.

What if someone is sceptical?

Start with a task they need to finish. One-to-one sessions give them room to question the tool and check its answers without an audience.

Do we need a new set of tools?

Bring the AI tools you already use. The teaching follows the task and your current experience.
