What is Mindshake?
Mindshake is an executive search and AI advisory firm based in Amsterdam, working across Europe and the US. We help companies hire senior leaders, teach their teams to use AI and build automation systems. Our own searches run on a desk we built.
What does it cost?
Search is retained; teaching and systems work are scoped around the work you need done. There is no published rate card or fee band here. Discuss the role, who needs teaching, or the process to build so a partner can set out the scope and fees. The cost calculator estimates your current staff time, not our fee or a promised saving.
Which leadership roles do you recruit for?
Board members, C-suite executives and their direct reports. Our focus is deep tech, energy and the venture and private equity firms behind them, across Europe and the US. Our partner has personally run more than a hundred senior searches.
How do I choose where to start?
Start with the problem you need to solve. You might need a senior hire, help using the AI tools you've bought, or a system for a recurring task. Tell us what's happening and we'll work out which service fits.
Who will I work with?
A partner leads the work from start to finish. If a system needs specialist builders, we bring in people we've vetted and direct their work. Your partner stays accountable.
When should I get in touch?
When you're considering a senior hire, want your team to do more with AI or have a task you'd like to automate. You can start the conversation before you've written a full brief.
How does building AI help you assess it?
We use the search desk we built on our own mandates. Working with AI every day helps us question a candidate's experience and teach people on real tasks. Search judgement also draws on relationships built over more than a hundred mandates.
Are these real candidate details?
No. The film uses the search desk's screens with a fictional dataset, so every candidate and company in it is invented. Ask a partner about confidentiality terms before sharing anything sensitive.
How is my information handled?
Please don't share confidential company or candidate information here.
The working address is info@mindshake.io. This note covers what the website does with what you type here. It is not the full privacy policy for a search engagement; that is agreed with you in writing before any candidate detail is shared.
Reset clears Ada's conversation and draft. A model request excludes drafts. If live answers are available, Ada names the processor and asks you to opt in before sending your question and a bounded conversation history.
Opening an email draft doesn't send it. The site remembers your theme choice in your browser.
When the calendar is connected, opening the call window sends your IP address and browser details to Cal.com, which handles the booking. Nothing reaches Cal.com before you open that window.
Hosting requests may be logged by the host. Candidate introductions and consent terms are agreed with a person before any details are shared.
